David and I met many years ago through membership in a small and wonderful “cooking club”. About 3-4 times a year we would gather at one of the member’s homes and share a meal. We had many memorable meals and great conversations. David as you all know is a foodie and fabulous cook. In 2005 I was attending a Neuroscience meeting in Turino, Italy. I went with colleagues to a Slow Food restaurant reputed to have an amazing wine cellar. Of course when went to tour the cellar guess who was there!
